Light Living 10 (¥148,000) is Beppu-focused with optional weekend add-ons Premium Living 10 (¥348,000) includes weekends and more Yufuin nights Gold 10 (¥598,000) includes all properties and the Private Villa freely

Can I use it on weekends?

Light Living 10 adds weekends as an add-on (+¥8,000/night) Premium Living 10 and Gold 10 include weekends and public holidays in the base plan

What if I can't use all my nights in a year?

Unused, unreserved nights can be returned — up to 10 nights — before your validity ends Cash return is 80% of the purchase unit price; SHIKI credit return is 100%

Can I cancel a confirmed booking?

Yes 14+ days before the stay: 100% returned 7–13 days: 50% returned Within 6 days: consumed No-shows are also counted as consumed
