How can I book my stay at ShikiVilla?
Each ShikiVilla property has its own booking channel. Shiki Art Hotel Yufu and Shiki Private Villa Yufu can be booked directly via Chillnn at chillnn.com or by contacting us at unitedvilla.jp@gmail.com. Shiki Villa Beppu rooms — Jin, Issen, and Fuga — are available on Airbnb. For personalised assistance with any property, reach out to us directly and our online butler will help you find the right fit.
Is advance reservation required?
Yes — advance reservation is required for all ShikiVilla properties. Shiki Art Hotel Yufu welcomes two or more parties per night, so availability is limited and rooms book quickly. We recommend reserving as early as possible, especially for weekends, public holidays, and peak seasons in Oita and Yufuin.
What are the check-in and check-out timings?
Check-in is from 16:00 with no upper limit — arrive at your own pace. Check-out is by 10:00. All ShikiVilla properties offer self check-in via smartlock, so your arrival is always smooth and entirely on your schedule.
Can I modify or cancel my booking?
Cancellations made 30 days or more before check-in are charged at 50% of the total price. Cancellations made 7 days or less before check-in are charged at 100%. For modifications, please contact us as early as possible at unitedvilla.jp@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
How many guests can a stay accommodate?
Each property has its own capacity. Shiki Art Hotel Yufu — Reflections accommodates up to 7 guests, and Rising Sun up to 6 guests. Shiki Private Villa Yufu accommodates up to 6 guests, with 4 recommended for the most relaxed stay. Shiki Villa Beppu rooms — Jin accommodates up to 5 guests, while Issen and Fuga each accommodate up to 4 guests.
What amenities are included during the stay?
Every stay includes thoughtfully curated comforts designed to enhance relaxation and ease. From carefully prepared interiors to essential hospitality services, each detail is arranged to create a calm and memorable experience throughout your visit.
Is parking available at the property?
Yes — free parking is available at all ShikiVilla properties. For Shiki Art Hotel Yufu, advance reservation for parking is required. For Shiki Villa Beppu, free parking is available on the premises. Please note that the roads around some properties are narrow — we recommend approaching from the east side at Shiki Villa Beppu.
How do I reach the property after booking?
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive detailed check-in instructions including directions and smartlock access codes. All properties offer self check-in. For Shiki Villa Beppu, a free shuttle service is available from Beppu Station or Kamegawa Station during limited hours — contact us in advance to arrange. Our online butler is available throughout your stay for taxi bookings, local recommendations, and any assistance you need.
