All uses require pre-approval.
Uses that disturb the property or neighborhood are not allowed.
Loud sound is not allowed.
Furniture movement and large equipment require approval.
Commercial shooting must be declared in advance.
Food and drink use requires approval.
Fire, smoke, and special effects are generally not allowed.
Onsen and wet-area shooting requires approval.
Damage or heavy cleaning will be charged at actual cost.
Accommodation terms apply when combined with a stay.

Frequently asked questions.
Can I use the space for only one hour?
Yes. One-hour use can start at 11:00, 12:00, or 13:00.
Can I choose any start time for 3 hours or more?
You may choose a start time from 11:00 or later. Some uses may require operational adjustment.
Can I combine this with a stay?
Yes. With-stay use is priced as accommodation fee + space use fee.
Can anyone use the Creative Support Rate?
It is for selected small-scale creative uses. Commercial ads, product shoots, and brand projects are not eligible.
Can I use it on weekends or holidays?
Subject to availability. Weekend and holiday rates are +25% over weekday rates.
Can we use the space with a large group?
Each space has a maximum capacity. Some requests may be declined depending on use details.
