If You Do Not Use the Date
Not every year has to be used.
If you do not plan to use your date in a given year, you may release it back to SHIKI up to 180 days before the stay date. Released dates may be resold or reused by SHIKI, with no refund or revenue sharing.

Each purchaser receives a SHIKI 365 Certificate showing the selected property, date, and name.

Not Ownership
SHIKI 365 β is not real estate ownership. It is a special accommodation plan to use a specific property and date every year under SHIKI's operating terms.
Fixed Selection
Your plan is fixed to the specific property and date selected at purchase.
Service Fee
The regular accommodation fee is not required. In the year you stay, a basic service fee of ¥9,000 per night applies.
Changes to Terms
If a property is sold, closes, undergoes major renovation, or in the event of disaster, legal change, or other operational necessity, the terms of use may change.
Releasing a Date
In a year you do not use, you may release the date back to SHIKI up to 180 days before the stay date. There is no refund or revenue sharing.
